VIM Super Food Recipes


You can use any frozen fruit to make a frozen breakfast fruit smoothie.  Frozen fruit creates a thick shake while giving you more nutrition.  Be creative and share your recipes with us! 

BASIC SMOOTHIE
1 Frozen Banana
½ cup Frozen Blueberries
1-2 Scoops VIM SUPER FOOD
Plant Based Milk (Rice, Almond, Hemp) or Coconut Water
Blend with enough milk to desired consistency. Enjoy!
 
POWER SMOOTHIE
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/2 Frozen Banana or ½ Cup Frozen Mango
1-2 Scoops VIM SUPER FOOD
1 teaspoon lecithin granules
1 Tablespoon Flax Oil
1 teaspoon Raw Cacoa Powder
Water or Plant based Milk
Blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
 
QUICK PROTEIN DRINK  (when you are in a hurry, after a workout, or afternoon boost)
1-2 Scoops VIM SUPER FOOD
4 ounces Organic Unfiltered Apple Juice
4 ounces Filtered Water
Shake in a shaker glass or mason jar with lid and drink.
 
LEAN ENERGY FIBER SMOOTHIE
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Fugi or other crisp apple
1-2 Handfuls of baby spinach
1-2 Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
1-2 Scoops VIM SUPER FOOD
Coconut Water
Blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
